The Illustra Flex Camera Series does not support

Upgrades/Downgrades via Illustra Connect Tool.

Users can Upgrade via the

Camera Web GUI.

Incorrect IP address information in the product documentation.

It has been observed that the product documentation (User Guides and

the Quick Start Guides) contain the incorrect information regarding the

default IP address The correct information is as follows:

Default IP address: 192.168.1.168

Incorrect Username/Password information in the product

documentation.

It has been observed that the product documentation (User Guides and

the Quick Start Guides) contain the incorrect information regarding the

default password.

Default Username/Password: admin/admin

When the slow shutter is not set to ‘Off’ the 1MP & 3MP cameras’ FPS

will fluctuate between 15-30 FPS. This is for all values under slow

shutter.

Set slow shutter to ‘Off’ to

maintain a stable FPS.

To enable Alarm Out, Alarm in must also be enabled.

For alarm-out to be triggered,

alarm-in must be enabled.

The Live View Section of the User Manual refers to a Start/Stop manual

record video button for all Illustra Flex Cameras. However the

Start/Stop button is only present and supported on the Illustra Flex

Wireless Cube.

save the settings. However the settings are saved automatically (unless

specified to click the “Save” button.
