Using the YaST Wizard
Step Action
1 Select the required Language from the dropdown.
2 Select the Key
board Layout from the dropdown.
3 (Optional) Click the Lic
ense Translations... button to view the license in a different
language.
4 After reading the licence ag
reement, select the I Agree to the License Terms checkbox.

5 Click Next.
The Clock and Time Zone page opens.
6 Select the Region
from the dropdown.
7 Select the T
ime Zone from the dropdown.
The date and time for the selected time zone is displayed.
Note
If the time and date settings are not correct you can manually update the settings
by clicking the Change... button and manually entering the current date and time,
or synchronize with the NTP server.
8 Ensure the Hardware Clock Set To UTC checkbox is selected.
